Mission Statement
Our purpose is to provide a structure for our members to face challenging content in World of Warcraft in both PVE and PVP.

Implementation
Challenges will be met by working co-operatively toward goals, with a focus on increasing the capability of the guild as a whole and strengthening the ability of each individual member. Challenges will be defined by finding the outer limit of the guild's ability. As that ability expands based on experience, we will constantly seek new content to work against. The outer limits of ability are defined not only by performance in set encounters, but also by combat against another competitors whose motivation to win is equally strong and whose actions are unpredictable. Therefore, active support for both PvP and PvE is a necessary component of guild structure.

Commitment
Each member must value the new challenges for the test they provide to the guild, not for the possibility individual gain. Success will be defined not by the achieving of any particular goal or rank by the individual, but by the excitement generated from facing and defeating an evolving set of increasingly difficult encounters as a team. Each guild member must desire and pledge to assist guildmates, to treat guildmates with respect, and to do nothing to call the reputation of the guild into question.
